Seeing. Seizing. Succeeding.
If you’ve made it to this part of the show, then I hope you’re sold on my ability to bring pictures and words together.
But at the end of the day, no amount of curated images and punchy headlines can cover up the lack of a sound strategy.
I’ve been blessed with opportunities to shape strategy, guide teams and provide vision to key WarnerMedia initiatives like the
annual Upfront and Entertainment Digital’s go-to-market messaging; the organization and creation of a dedicated NYC portfolio group,
the launch of Ignite Studios, WarnerMedia Entertainment’s branded content studio and the introduction of new shows
and partnerships with groups like Funny or Die, Refinery29, All Elite Wrestling and more.
Those endeavors filtered down to how I managed my team and elevated our work.
We became more proactive – targeting brands that deemed linear media too expensive/too big for their budgets.
We became more creative – developing short video pitches (vs. ppts).
We went directly to clients – streamlining the process for our team and the targets.
We seized opportunities and created our own.
The results?
We grew sales. We fostered new relationships. We drove interest and excitement and made inroads with brands like
Stance, Dropbox, Island Record, Greats and Manscaped.
The biggest success IMO, was how these strategies empowered and energized team…
vision tests, passed with flying colors.
